Digital Product Terms
The commercial terms planned for ready-made dashboards, spreadsheets, planners, trackers, templates, workbooks and downloadable business systems sold by Insplify.
1. Prices, VAT and international availability
Product pages display fixed EUR, USD and GBP prices. Prices are exclusive of VAT. While Insplify benefits from the French VAT-exemption regime, French VAT is not added to those prices. If tax later becomes legally due, the amount payable may change or tax may be added at checkout.
The French statutory wording above remains the controlling exemption reference on relevant invoices, receipts and payment documents.
Insplify intends to accept orders from customers internationally wherever Stripe Checkout permits the payment and Insplify can lawfully and operationally complete the sale. There is no separate country exclusion list at present. An order may still be restricted or refused where sanctions, applicable law, tax, consumer-protection, fraud, payment, delivery or product-licence requirements cannot be supported.
2. Standard Single-Business Licence
Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase permits personal use and internal use within one business or organisation. Employees and contractors working directly for that business may use the product where necessary for its internal activities. The purchaser remains responsible for their compliance.
You may enter and manage your own information, adapt colours, labels, fields and content for internal use, create internal reports and outputs, and maintain reasonable backup copies.
Uses not permitted
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer or share the underlying product, template, workbook, source files or reusable system with clients, unrelated businesses or third parties. You may not sell a modified version, include it in a paid library or marketplace, publish the files, remove ownership notices or use substantial elements to create a competing product.
You may use outputs created with the product in your own client work only where the client does not receive the underlying template, workbook, source files or reusable system. Team, agency, client-use and extended commercial licences are not currently available.
3. Digital delivery and withdrawal
Digital Products are supplied electronically; no physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise. The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam or filtered folders.
Before an immediately delivered Digital Product can be sold, checkout must obtain the legally required separate, unticked request for immediate access and acknowledgement of the effect on the withdrawal right. Insplify must retain durable evidence of that consent. These controls are not yet active, so checkout remains disabled.
4. Included support
Each standard Digital Product includes 30 days of basic support from the purchase date, with a target initial response within three business days. Basic support covers locating an order, restoring a valid download link, opening supplied files, following the setup guide, clarifying documented features, investigating a reproducible defect and identifying the listed compatible application.
Basic support does not include customisation, data entry, consulting, software training, new functionality, unsupported integrations, ongoing maintenance, recovery of data that was not backed up, or professional legal, accounting, tax, medical or financial advice.
5. Re-downloads and backups
Re-downloads: Available on request for 12 months with proof of purchase. Please download and securely back up your files after purchase.
Send the order number, invoice or receipt, purchase email address and product name to support@insplify.com. Insplify may request reasonable additional verification before providing a replacement link or another appropriate access method.
After 12 months, Insplify may try to restore access where the product and order records remain available, but continued hosting is not guaranteed. Access may be refused or withdrawn after a refund, reversal or upheld chargeback; where an order cannot be verified; for fraud, unlawful activity or material licence breach; or where legal, security or third-party rights require removal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Updates, compatibility and discontinuation
Purchasers receive corrective updates where required and complimentary access to minor updates released within 12 months of purchase. Major redesigns, new systems, additional modules, new product formats or materially expanded functionality may be sold separately.
Product pages must identify required software, tested versions, known limitations and included formats before sales are enabled. Third-party services may change, so permanent compatibility with every future version is not promised. Discontinuation does not invalidate a licence to files already lawfully downloaded.
7. Customer data and professional use
Insplify does not ordinarily collect or store information entered into downloaded products. If you voluntarily send a file for support, remove or anonymise unnecessary personal, confidential, financial or sensitive data. You remain responsible for backups, access control, data protection and the accuracy of entered information.
Digital Products are organisational, productivity and informational tools. They do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, growth, tax outcomes, legal compliance, financial performance or specific productivity gains. Obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
8. Age and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to purchase a Digital Product. If you purchase for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
9. Complaints, disputes and governing law
Send a complaint with the order number, purchase email address, product name and a clear description of the issue to support@insplify.com. Insplify aims to acknowledge complaints within three business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory consumer rights or protections available under the law that applies to you. Consumers are not required to use arbitration.
For a business-to-business dispute, the parties should first try to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before starting formal proceedings, unless urgent interim relief is required.
